We adopt the paid leave system, respect employees’ spare-time life, and secure their work-life balance. We also ensure a welcoming workplace, strive to eliminate any negative impact of the working environment on employees’ health, and prioritize occupational health monitoring, labor protection supplies, and occupational health education and training.

On March 18, the “Riding the Tide: 2026 Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Annual Conference” was held at the Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hall. More than 800 attendees—including provincial leaders, renowned scholars, and leading entrepreneurs—gathered to discuss the future of Zhejiang’s business community in a new era.
